TruCredit Capital Inc. is a direct lender. This means we originate, underwrite, fund, and service loans directly — we are not a broker, marketplace, or referral service. When you accept a loan offer from us, your loan agreement is with TruCredit Capital Inc. itself.

TruCredit Capital Inc. is licensed to lend in all 50 U.S. states. State licensing information is available upon request at licensing@businessloan.com.
Capital Source
All loans are funded from TruCredit Capital Inc.'s own balance sheet and committed credit facilities. We do not pool investor money or sell loans to third parties without your consent.
Servicing & Collections
All loans originated by TruCredit Capital Inc. are serviced in-house. In the event of delinquency, our internal collections team will work with you directly to find a resolution before any third-party action is taken.
